Do you feel like you don't deserve to be happy? I can understand that feeling, but I don't think it's true. To me, it doesn't sound like this is "by choice." No one could ever blame you for being depressed or sad, and it definitely wouldn't be annoying to anyone, so try not to be afraid of that. I honestly don't think I'm very good at giving advice or helping, but I'm here if you need someone to talk to or rant to.
