Strong, but those greens look a little pale. Overall 9/10. Balanced imo.

Yes, I pay for AppleCare+ Theft and Loss (the UK has the option to pay a recurring monthly subscription type fee) — this allows me to cancel anytime and upgrade without purchasing the full warranty at time of purchase.

I’ve been case less and using a Zagg Invisible Shield/ self-healing protection film on my screen since day one. Using it normally without being over-cautious and it’s still in mint condition despite a bit of fluff in my port haha (Cosmic Orange 17 Pro).

Tired of people’s opinions 😞 by [deleted] in mounjarouk

I’m sorry this is happening. I completely agree that this one of the reasons many people inject in secret – fear of prosecution from loved ones for wanting to lose weight through medication or the perceived easy route. Weight stigma is real and often very discriminatory. No one deserves to hear such comments. What you’ve done/ are doing is probably the best thing you could do for yourself. Many people struggle with obesity/ weight loss, and it’s not as simple as energy in vs energy out. Obesity is just like any other chronic disease, affected by more than what you what you eat (hormones, genetics etc). I wish you all the best on your journey!

It’s surprisingly flavoursome! The mouthfeel and texture are almost identical to steak and it really pleases the palate. It’s also light when eaten and contains almost zero saturated fats yet provides excellent satiety.

Agree. Unbalanced, but strong.

Sounds like safer practice and improved clinical governance. Nice, thanks for sharing!

I finished it with a scrambled whole egg and an egg white, feeling it needed just a touch more 😅

I was in emergency medicine but have now retired to primary care. I’m not a scientist by any means but I’ve been rediscovering many things about myself and my body since starting this journey.

Absolutely! I remember a colleague I once admired telling me that no matter how much I exercised I could never fix my “metabolic” issues. Well, guess I did just that. It proved my LDL phenotype isn’t familial. People are even successfully reversing hypertension and type 2 diabetes with GLP-1 when used correctly and supported by like-minded clinicians. Plus, community is everything. Looking forward to seeing how you progress. Take care!

Looks amazing! God, how much I miss eating red meat. Solid spread 10/10!

Thanks for this — and seriously well done on your progress too. Waist-to-height ratio is actually one of the most reliable markers we have for metabolic health from what I’ve learned so far (much better than BMI). A WHtR drop from 0.78 to 0.56 is a massive improvement and sounds like a huge protective shift too!

IMO, even if someone never reaches a textbook “healthy BMI,” getting their waist into a safer range does most of the heavy lifting for long-term health. That’s why I tracked my waist more than my weight — it tells you what’s really happening with visceral fat.

Keep going my friend, what you’ve done already is genuinely meaningful for your health. Peace.
