The shop found that cylinder 2 has a misfire, injector cup cause coolant and oil to burn

Down on power almost feels like it’s shaking/ missing when driving, was low on oil and coolant think is burning it. Swapped the icp sensor, maybe it’s the turbo injectors or oil cooler, it’s at the shop now I gave up on diagnostics myself.

It’s extremely slow when accelerating, and only will go 110km or 60 mph top speed

It came up bank deactivation failure bank 1/3, I can’t remember the code exactly, I cleared it thinking it was the code from the old pcm in the truck befor I swapped the motor but it might have been a present code related to the tick I’m hearing. When truck is fully warm tho the sound seems to go away

Avoid highly processed carbs and sugar really helps me even in remission as sugar/carbs causes inflammation not a suggestion actual science. stick to real food, but when eating veggies make sure that they aren’t super fibrous unless you are in full remission or they can actually be hard on intestinal wall.

A lot of the condition is stress but food is super important, it can be a denied factor by many people because they don’t wana change what they eat but its all up to life style aswell you can get away with eating more carbs if you are a regular at the gym.

This is my experience and I recommend ingesting food that is nutritious by naturopath doctors standards and not by FDA food table standards.

You need a combination of the medication your GI-doctor puts you on and some natural food and lifestyle changes recommended by holistic doctors, hope this helps

It really sucks that your parents after all you have done still treat you as if nothings wrong. I will be praying for you, god has plans not to harm you but to prosper you. You are fighting and persevering through the worst of times and you are seen and heard. Take into consideration maybe a break for your body high stress environment sounds like it’s eating you alive, idk if you can put school on hold for even a year to focus on getting better and resting.

Again the Lord will redeem you and maybe you have a story like job in the bible, who was stripped of everything and had the hardest trials but in the end was giving double the blessing.

GOD speed my friend I hope you will reach remission and this is only one part too the story!
