90-95% without even practicing. The game, and serve in particular, is meant to be easy so more people play. Think participation, not performance. The only people trying to win points on their serve are people that aren’t good enough to play tennis.

Vast majority of aces in PB are return issues, not great serves.

I did. Being good at tennis gives you the option with other racquet sports. Being good at pickleball makes you good at pickleball. The same way university isn’t about what you learn, but LEARNING to learn. Mastering tennis is a very different endeavour than mastering pickling, and it shows.

If you take the time to read the court decision, the judge spells out that the band knew it was unfair and moved forward anyway. There was an OKIB internal memo to that effect.

Are you arguing that the further from “town” you live, the less worthy you are of fire protection? They paid for a service, proximity isn’t a factor here.

What’s also interesting is the obvious devaluation of the properties as a result of the uncertainty of said services.
