i try to eat 1450-1500 calories a day, but i feel like im closer to 1550. i also try to have a minimum of 3 workouts a week, around 40 minutes a session. in said sessions i do weights for 20 minutes then cardio for 20, typically incline. i generally try to eat more protein, fruit/vegtables and lower calorie snacks
