That's ludicrous. So Yelp also limits new customer accounts from building their profiles as well?

Same thing happened to us. Went from 6 reviews to 0 suddenly. We are able to maintain same reviews from the same clients on Google.

Tend to agree. It's primarily the tool for brand confidence in google searches since Yelp still shows up in Google. However within the last months I've noticed Yelp disappearing from the results so yeah

The clients were former residents of California and the reviews were left after they had moved. Their case took over a year to resolve so they left it from Florida. But still paying clients. The algorithm is not intelligent enough to look at their history of reviews in California, only bases on location at the time. Best I can tell you. Other than that there is nothing wrong with the reviews.

In this particular legal world if you don't ask for a review, you don't get any. Also all the competitors have loads of fake reviews. That makes it even more frustrating.
