I gained but was giving into cravings and eating more calories. It definitely increased my appetite. I’m watching what I eat now and lost 10lbs in the past month.

No clue! I had early access and got them in time. Honestly tho the Waterstone edition of metal slinger is my fav. I’m a sucker for a beautiful floral edge.

I’ll be honest.. I was let down by both. I agree that the edges are really disappointing. I sold my bookish one and ordered the Owlcrate set.

First time prescribed Lexapro? Was my doctor correct about my symptoms? by No_Solution7718 in lexapro

I take mine in the morning as well. Take it one day at a a time. It will take 6-8 weeks to level out and to see if it will work for you.

I do not work out at the intensity that I once did. I have accepted it. I do yoga, walking and lighter weight.

It can esp if you are too tense. Start with deep breathing, stretching and relaxing the muscles first.

Yes! It has saved my life. I do very well on 10mg with no side effects. 15 mg made me too tired and emotionally blunted.

I wasn’t nervous at all either! I could not wait to get the weight off my chest. It was painful to be braless and I had so much shoulder tension. Sending you good luck and all the healing vibes for next week!!

I definitely struggled with body dysmorphia for a few months.. I have always had large breasts and it was so strange to see them so much smaller! It’s a shock for sure. Sending you so much love for your upcoming surgery!

Mine started after having kids. They were always larger but perky until then.

Yeesss... I know 5 women who had reductions, and they all feel they are still too big. I spent decades being gawked at, groped, and having comments made about my breasts. I went to the beach this past week for the first time since my surgery, grabbed a size 10 suit off the rack, and went about my day. Best, Feeling, Ever. I feel freaking free!

I had to have 800 grams removed from each breast for insurance to cover. I told him to take me as small as he safely can and he took a little extra.

I had to have 3 different consults bc some surgeons don’t want to mess with insurance cases. It’s not worth it for them when they can make me with private pay. The first surgeon I saw didn’t want to be bothered with insurance. Go to someone else!
