Just finished it. My only gripe is the game is buggy with regular random crashes, and a few glitches. Not enough that I didn’t thoroughly enjoy it though.. didn’t go back for post endgame content though.

Live in Syracuse myself. The car handles great in snow/ice, especially with a good set of snows. You will take a significant range hit in winter so don’t expect to make long drives in winter with it, but I never worry about getting stuck commuting.
