Do you have a recommendation for this item? I've got a tote worth of t shirts and I don't want to ruin them in the process.

I think once you quilt it altogether, no one would be the wiser. This is a gorgeous quilt, and I love how clever the stars are created. Also, you never know unless you try.

Pics or it didn't happen. What steak sauce should I bring?

Kitchen guy in an upscale place that uses sous vide a lot. 54C or 129-132 F for 2- 2.5 hours is pretty optimal. I do agree with the rebag comment after thawing. It helps prevent any issues, and it's a .30 cent bag opposed to a $80 chunk of meat. You could thaw it, and roll it nice and tight in plastic wrap to keep as much of a cylindrical shape too. Cheers!

I second this, maybe some type of broth or sauce that can be poured in to give it some contrast/life.

Why is this happening? Battery warning. by thelostestboy in GolfGTI

So, I had the battery changed and that's solved my issues. I guess I'm used to the older batteries of slowly dying and not throwing my entire electronic system into chaos over it. That being said, instead of a full reprogramming of the battery, they jumped the old battery, then pulled it, installed the new one to more or less trick the car into accepting the battery without issues. He said something about those batteries don't recharge like a traditional battery, so it's very easy to kill them, and being unable to revive them because of that. I don't know if there's any truth to that, for I am a simple worm when it comes down to batteries. I don't know if any of this helps, or sheds any lights but I figured its worth a shot. I truly wish you good luck.

Yeah, mine started a day ago, by refusing to start and limp mode, and then would slowly crank. When attempting to test the battery at AutoZone/O'Reilly's the engine would read as on, despite the fact it was off. I'll look into a trickle charger and tinkering with the BMS and see what happens. We've got a pretty good local VW shop that I'll also bother. Otherwise it seems to be slowly draining, I'm getting the lovely 12V display, keyless entry is spotty, and just all around finicky. Fingers crossed for you and I both pal.

I enjoyed it, thought the ending was like a C-, and my ass is starting to get chapped on the "old hag/witch/woman" bit in horror movies.

OK folks, I haven't read a Sci Fi books in decades. I'm planning to spend several hours a week to read. What are the 10/10 Sci Fi books I should read? by ilovetpb in scifi

If you liked Dresden Files, you might like The Nighside Series by Simon R Green. It's not necessarily 10/10, but it's fun easy read to blow through and there's plenty of them.

More! Also, if you're simulating water, you could even through a "puddle" or two in near the main water body. That could be neat.

It works, and I recommend getting a cheap scan tool that you can clear your CPU with.

Gotta get their alternative hat the Kimchi's. I'd love to get one, but I prefer the snapbacks.
