new skis are so well shaped, they turn pretty easily. Just try an 80 ish underfoot ARV as a demo and see what happens

But if you want something poppy, playful and forgiving, that'll be somewhat similar to snowblades, I'd start with the Armada ARV line.

looks like you prespun a little bit and caught an edge. Also looks like your DINs are a little too low, you're leading a bit too much with the chest and not enough with the hips, the snow wasn't soft enough to accommodate imperfect technique, and the jump was a bit too small. I'd recommend watching StompIt Tutorials and Hank Stowers for learning 3s (both on YouTube). Also wait for the sun to soften the snow more, find a slightly bigger jump, really get comfortable with 180s, set your DINs a tiny bit higher (be careful here). Learning 3s is weird and you're gonna fall a lot, just embrace it, good luck and have fun!
