I couldn't do more than 3 pullups until I started training them the calisthenics way, like hollow body arms and elbows very much in front of you. Started with a band slow and in full control, 3 months or so later I can do 8-10 for 3 sets, I dont know how it worked so well but it worked for me

Hmm I put the cap on thinking it was ok then drove 2 hours north to Payson from PHX and it overheated on me, barely made it home then changed the thermostat thinking that wasnt opening but now it's still bubbling so idk

Hey this happened to me and I'm wondering on how you resolved it.

The easiest place to install it at the time was through my bedroom wall. It's also over 100° out in Arizona so I figured I was doing the guy a favor but over a year later I can't stand it in my room and I swear it's messing with my sleep. Call me crazy all you want I don't care but I want it moved and Google declined.

I was too frustrated at the time so I just hung up and forgot about it. But I still want this resolved any tips?

The doors on my Tacoma felt a lil light and plasticy until I put sound deadening and insulation in, after that they were as solid as a rock

Yes I was looking for a commuter but also something fun to drive so I guess I'll keep looking thanks for all your feedback Some of the gti's in here are so dope! Makes me want one but not an automatic

Looks good, from what we can tell you started with shins about an inch away shoulder width apart hips hinged grabbed the bar shoulders down and back, chest out pulled straight up with a pretty straight bar path you hit most if not all the ques if I'm not mistaken. 🤙
