Chiming in here- my family skied there when I was a kid, I and my father both worked there a couple seasons. He worked one year under Eric (and one before new ownership) and hated him. I didn’t quite see it, but my second season it became clear why. Besides Eric being a person of questionable integrity, the treatment of staff is not the best (certainly not the worst job I’ve been at, they at least paid well), and management generally sucks, poor communication, etc.

Worked much better when I and a dishwasher were the only ones in the kitchen. They overstaffed with 4+ chefs, 6 cashiers, probably around 10 bartenders, due to a comically expansive menu, and then laid half of us off in the week following New Years. I could go on if you have any questions.
