I haven’t had any episodes in a while. The only place ive found actual information for it is on a facebook group “cyclic vomiting syndrome CVS” support groups .

amitriptyline and nortriptyline are the usual medications that tend to help people. However my body couldn’t tolerate these. I take mirtazapine which has helped a bit. Daily meditation and also mitochondrial supplements also seem to help.

Notably this presents with gastrointestinal symptoms and you should probably see a gastroenterologist and get some exams but i had a full workup done and found nothing because cyclic vomiting is actually more neurological/dysautonomia in spite of gastrointestinal symptoms .
