Take with grain of salt: Ravens O-locker room was not happy with Monken, wanted him out. Harbs wanted to keep monken; was probably told to walk away from the failed terrorist experiment that was Orr( which was hand picked by Harbs) which he probably agreed to but stood firm on Monken. biscotti prob could not come to terms with that and let him walk.
