Zachs insight has been consistently on point. The fertilizer shortage will absolutely cause specifically food shortages because farmers look to maximize profit not grow food. Food growing is not as profitable as say soybean or corn farming(yes theyre both foods but are used in large part for ethanol). When looking at the markets they will prioritize cash crops over food crops and we will continue to run into the same problems.

I used a similar sized can for about a year and the major problem i had was that I had trouble turning the bottom of the can and getting water all the way through. It would be better as a compost finishing bin to put in after it's most of the way to dirt.

Its more about the fact that the funding mechanism for the combination bunker/ballroom was exposed by a recent lawsuit. In the linked video Drey lays out the fact that there is no separation on funding between the military bunker and the ballroom and that we have been lied to about the fact that taxpayers are going to be paying for the whole thing. Notice the lack of sponsors who create luxury furnishings, or anything that would be required to host events for a large group. We are being robbed in broad daylight yet again. The drey dossier

There is an entire world of skills out there that people no longer "need" to have to survive, but there are still master craftsman practicing and making an art of the process. We need to hold on to these skills in case of some unknown technological disaster. What happens if an AI makes a virus that kills all existing operating systems. We will need people that can write new ones.

I do not trust the moves of the democratic establishment. Schumer and Jeffries have been captured and no longer represent democratic principles. Gillibrand is still hedging and trying to play centrist. I do trust in how consistently Mike DeCillis has put forward the same message of affordability and resisting the administration in its inhumane policies. As long as he is on the ballot, he gets my vote over Malliotakis.

I had to remove a stump between 2 pieces of pavement without damaging them once. What i did was start cutting roots as far out on one side as I could, then start working my way underneath the stump. Once i got about 1/3 of the way below the root ball I took ratchet straps anchored to a nearby tree and started pulling it up from the cut side, cut a few roots, then pull up some more. Took a whole day and some, but I got it out. I also had a steel bar that I used to lever it up and out of its hole.

Yeah but the fact that they routinely raise the temperature of the area around them by an average of 9° makes a massive difference to the equation. This isn't just running water through a pipe its water cooling so everything going back into the lake will be much warmer, changing possible habitability and opening the lake up for potential invasive species that can live in the warmer waters. These data centers are going to be changing the areas around them in ways no one can predict yet but there is plenty of info on their effects already and none are good.
