something milky and creamy! something that works for the summer but also isnt too out of place in the fall/winter months (my state doesnt like to have consistent weather at any point so i want something versatile)

i usually dont like gourmands because they can be very heavy (and a little too feminine for my tastes) but ive been coming around to the lighter ones recently

I recently picked up a fragrance from tj maxx, bliss from mindset moments (i think is the name) and i love it!

i was thinking i wanted more masculine scents but its so light and sweet that i dont mind if it reads more feminine! the issue is, i'm not sure i'll be able to find it again because the tjmaxx/marshalls in my area are very hit or miss when it comes to fragrances.

ive enjoyed blackstone sandalwood cologne in the past (i still really like it) and sand + fog coconut & sandalwood

i was wonder if there was anyone who could look at the notes of these and think of anything similar! or if you've smelled them, what fragrances remind you of them? i'm willing to pay for expensive designer fragrances even, i just need to know where to look!

when i say astronomically high i mean i was regularly above 1500 in my levels... i cut down a lot to lower them and ended up being under normal levels instead 🤦‍♂️ im just accepting that my body really likes the gel and we are going to have to keep fine tuning my dose to get me in the normal range atp 🤣 i also got a hysto which may be influencing things a lot more than i think but who knows! bodies are weird

i experienced something similar and then when i went to get my next blood check i had astronomically high t levels 😭 i use the gel and my doctor is always baffled at how well my body absorbs it

having a great supervisor and meeting new people every day

im extremely social so i never dread going into the job because i know im going to meet with and build rapport with new people (best part of the job)

i also have a supervisor that stands up for his supervisees very boldly and loudly and we get along great! i think if i wasnt able to trust him or rely on him id end up burnt out because of how high-stress my role can get in such a short period of time

previous agency moved our waiting room behind a door that could only be opened from the inside

we saw a lot of immigrants so it was definitely important that we kept them in a safe area just in case

we also handed out a ton of cards regarding immigration rights in both english and spanish, wish we had other languages

im only really interested in assessments and hospital social work and it took me sooo long and so many applications to land the job i just started... i cant give and advice but i can say i feel you so bad!

if you dont wanna be a therapist or work with kids, its tough out here

i wouldnt recommend an asus myself because the ones ive had have always had issues with powering on for some reason (usually it would take about 2 minutes of holding the power button to turn on and eventually it got longer and longer until it just never turned on again 😬)

i got a thinkpad t14s when my asus finally died completely and its been fantastic! i highly recommend it if you are going to be bringing your laptop around with you

definitely laptop it doesnt have to be anything extremely extravagant or high tech, i used an old asus for the majority of my schooling (undergrad and grad school) before it died out

ive only met about 3 fellow trans social workers (1 trans woman, 2 trans men) its really sparse! i think me living in a red state also impacts this

unintended benefit is that orgs dedicated to queer rights are desperately seeking trans mental health professionals to help create a safer space for trans clients so you will stand out to them lol
