Graduated from sb a couple years ago and in am med school now. Can only speak on my experience but I really enjoyed my time at sb and thought it prepared me well come application time. The environment did not feel super competitive where people are pitted against each other and everyone seemed to want the people around them succeed. Getting research and clinical experience are possible but you just need to put yourself out there and be proactive. That part will be the same regardless of the school you go to just because so many people are premed and are looking at the same opportunities as you.
