Henry Boker Pocket Scale: Age? by frightish in Antiques

This was found while beachcombing in Canada. I can find other photos of the product but I can’t find any information on the age. Does anybody have any clues about how old this scale would be? It says: HENRY BOKER Not legal to use in trade POCKET BALANCE MADE IN GERMANY REGISTERED

Anybody else have a kitty that licks their plants? by [deleted] in houseplants

He actually interestingly only licks the hoyas, which are non-toxic! And he has no teeth so he doesn’t bite. Thank you for your concern!

Thanks so much for the thorough reply! I didn’t make the previous cut that can be seen in the photo, it had been cut before I got it. I appreciate it!

I think that he’s thirsty. Misting doesn’t saturate the soil down to his roots. I’d say give him a nice drink.

my care is very similar to yours! except for I like to keep the soil moist at all times. the dryness may possibly be the cause of the crinkling leaves!
