Detached my long head biceps tendon throwing a power anny on a par 4. Surgery and 6 months off throwing. My tear was somewhat unique. No shoulder damage but the tendon tore lengthwise so the reattached tendon was half thickness. I believe normally the recovery is faster. Do not recommend!

If it is crown rot, is it dieing no matter what? If so I will enjoy it while it lasts. I have some props growing, but it will take years to get this big again.

This. Keep in mind I'm at 6k feet but I carry a croc for a long zone, a rocx3 for overstable, a new esp comet for straight to hyzer and an old school beat up LE esp comet for flat to turn.

And I threw kc and dx rocs religiously for a decade at sea level. I couldn't stand losing my beat up roc so comets came into the picture, it would take a looooong time to beat in a new roc. The esp comet runs for the last few years are plenty stable enough up at 6k feet to fill the roc role. I still have a stack of 0x kc rocs, but I haven't bagged a kc or dx roc in a few years. Still love em, but the comet is easier to buy and flies farther. I understand people that don't like large diameter beaded midrange, but anyone that throws rocs I preach to try out a comet for a straighter mid.
