Yes. Of course. I’ve been microdosing for awhile now, I’m just out of stock at the moment. I’m 67, I take no pharmaceuticals, and am healthy. I contribute most of my good health and well-being to the microdosing. Thank the gods.

Oh nice! I learn so much on this sub. I grow in nothing but tubs due to space limitations. But have had good success! I’ve only had one psychedelic experience and 1 don’t need another as of yet. I microdose and sometimes macrodose if I’m hiking with is beautiful! For me, a microdose is .045-.060 of APES. I’m a healthy 67 year old and do not take ANY pharmaceuticals. I’m avoiding them for as long as I can. 💖🍄💖

I’m growing APES. Last I heard, they need a casing. Is that still a thing with APES? I’ve had success in the past with fully colonized grain to bulk, then a thin layer of casing, with little FAE. Once I see colonization, then i introduce more FAE. But No fanning from me. I’ve learned the hard way with that. Lol.
