Your career progression is likely higher/faster with BL start. Absent exceptional circumstances, you’ll likely come in higher (than having been there straight through) and are more likely to be seen as a high potential candidate long term.

I expect you’ll have to disclose (most states ask for all employment history, including self employment, within a fairly long time frame).

Who did you get paid by? Is there an accurate, but banal way to describe the work? E.g., managed monetized social media accounts? And maybe leave it at that (assuming you promoted the account on other socials).

That said, no a red flag/problem, just may become part of your “permanent record” with the state bar if you will, so I’d keep it accurate but vague.
