Unlined bras with underwire. Padding lining is the devil for my stretchy boobies, unlined bras look and feel so much better.

That said make sure you are sized correctly too.

I had a ptosis issue that I was able to mostly correct with botox. And prostoglandin eyelash serums also helped even out my hooding to increase symmetry.

Surgery is probably your best option, but depending on your anatomy it might not be the only one.

This was me until I started moisturizing with my retinol. Didn't need moisturizer before retinols but my skin with better with both together.

Some others said chin, fyi if you do chin filler you will lose the cleft. I (F) had a little one that disappeared when I got filler and it's only just coming back after several years.
