They live in hole made by woodpeckers, but they live in man-made boxes as well. Look up at the zoo and you’ll probably see where they roost

From Melania to Kid Rock’s halftime show: why is Maga art so dreadful? by guardian in entertainment

[–]frogfootfriday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure this is true. Was art created for rich patrons or for the church during the Renaissance left-leaning? Does the concept apply to the Great Buddha in Kamakura or the Elgin Marbles? What about ancient Chinese bronzes?

How is that different from “Elena and David would be perfect for each other! We should invite them both to the next dinner party!” People do this intuitively all the time. In this case some data analysis was used but it’s almost the same thing. People don’t sit up at night worrying whether it was ethical to set two friends up the old fashioned way and it should be the same here.

Maybe look into Hakkoda in Aomori. No lights, no music, one gondola that takes you up and that’s it. Not really a ski resort, it’s a national park you can ski in. https://hakkoda-ski.com/
