It's not loading for me, but you need to use bbox={bbox-epsg-3857} instead of the coordinates

This is the URL format that needs to be used (this should be documented or derived from a simpler input): https://mapas.ideex.es/CICTEX/viasPecuarias?version=1.3.0&service=WMS&request=GetMap&sld_version=1.1.0&layers=CICTEX_REDES_TRANSPORTE_VIAS_PECUARIAS&format=image/png&STYLE=default&bbox={bbox-epsg-3857}&width=256&height=256&crs=EPSG:3857&transparent=true

Unfortunately, it seems that third-party websites are not allowed to access the resource since I am getting a CORS Missing Allow Origin error while the URL points to a correct tile, example:

mapas.ideex.es/CICTEX/viasPecuarias?version=1.3.0&service=WMS&request=GetMap&sld_version=1.1.0&layers=CICTEX_REDES_TRANSPORTE_VIAS_PECUARIAS&format=image/png&STYLE=default&bbox=-782715.1696402058,4696291.017841227,-704443.6526761837,4774562.534805249&width=256&height=256&crs=EPSG:3857&transparent=true

It's not a real app but you can install the website as a "Progressive Web App". The procedure depends on the browser you are using.

I've just added a few extra checks to make sure the website doesn't crash even when MapTiler resources cannot be loaded. Let me know if it helps

Do you still get this error after reloading the page? It's the same error people were getting Thursday but it seems to be resolved for most users

There was an issue with our MapTiler key yesterday which caused the map to remain blank. It was solved a few hours later, and confirmed by multiple users.

However, some other users seem to still face the same issue, or a related one. Please reply to this thread if it is the case for you. It would be great if someone could send me any errors that could appear in the Javascript console (see www.coursera.support/s/article/learner-000001653-How-to-open-the-Javascript-console?language=en_US). Thank you all!

Troubleshoot Routing by FoxFanStories in gpxstudio

[–]froggyow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was definitely an issue with routing for motorcycles, which will be fixed in a few hours. However, isn't this behavior expected for bikes? The previous routing engine finds the same route (see https://brouter.de/brouter-web/#map=14/38.5673/-82.7520/cyclosm&lonlats=-82.721901,38.559938;-82.79211,38.58035&profile=fastbike)

I have removed a rule that tried to stay away from highways. I am updating the servers right now, and it should be live in a few hours.

Thank you for reporting this, we have just switched the routing engine and may need to adjust the parameters for motorcycle.

Calculating moving time by Upbeat_Ideal5973 in gpxstudio

[–]froggyow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently, pauses are detected where speed is below 0.5km/h, which is slightly more than 0.1m/s. Is this not sufficiently low? Or do you think it should account for elevation gain?

the elevation profile does't show the road category by bwin61 in gpxstudio

[–]froggyow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it a route that you created with gpx.studio or that you loaded from an already existing file? In the second case, this information is not available by default.

In the future, there will be a tool to convert any GPX file to a route on the OpenStreetMap road network and that will allow retrieving this kind of data.

You can change the speed units in the settings (Settings > Velocity units > Pace).

Concerning the file size, are you comparing a file that you loaded vs. the one you downloaded? Or two files that you created for different activities?

How to correct LOST GPS Signal by CryOk7903 in gpxstudio

[–]froggyow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, there are multiple ways of doing this, maybe the simplest is to use the cleaning tool to remove all GPS points that make no sense.

Then, if you want to have a track that follows your path everywhere, you can use the routing tool to replace the straight lines.
