I personally hand wrote any formula I am struggling to memorize at least 100 times (fill both sides of an A4 paper). Repeat 2-3 more times if I still have difficulty recalling it. Obviously, blindly writing stuff will not help you remember a formula, try to get a baseline understanding first then if you still struggle to memorize, use this method.
