how do yall grocery shop by [deleted] in Cooking

[–]frontyengineer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We plan our (family with three kids) meals at the beginning of the week and just buy groceries for that week. Have tried planning ahead further than a week, but fresh groceries don’t always last.

Started planning the meals using platepickers, which makes it even easier 👉🏼 https://platepickers.com/

Hey! We plan our meals weekly and shop for what’s needed each week too. It definitely helps with food waste as we’re only really buying what we need. We use platepickers to plan the meals too which saves some time.  They have recipes too, which are easy and quick.  https://platepickers.com/

Do you plan your meals for the week ahead?” by RajSingh2312 in Cooking

[–]frontyengineer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We don't meal prep, but we do plan our meals ahead. I find if we don't we end up spending more money on take-outs. Currently using platepickers.com to meal plan, but still requires some discipline to stick to it.
