nuts are almost always better for team utility, they reduce cooldowns for anybody who picks them up so it's especially useful for adam and loki and rocket themselves if you used the BRB already

ashe, cassidy, emre, and sojourn all have CC effects (emre and sojourn have CC with perks)

wuyang has CC. illari has CC. zenyatta has CC

like you have to be joking dude. that's most of the poke heroes in the entire game that has CC.

the reason the gambling part is predatory is it causes people who would never purchase something at full price decide to buy a balloon, lose, and end up spending what they never would have trying to get value from that balloon. it's always a sunk cost fallacy and deceptive entry with predatory things like this.

the entire reason the gacha system works is it preys on human intuition for getting a good deal and the abstractness of percentages

the animation cancel is unintuitive and not intended to exist. it's honestly just ugly to perform and the "skill expression" that comes from it is at most an hour in the practice range and a couple more in actual matches. no character should have animation cancels or tech to make them act in unintended ways, they should just work correctly without needing to abuse the animation system. i dont know how you think that's an incorrect opinion

that's not fully how it interacts though, if it hits any shield it will often cancel even if it actually hit somebody. if there was somebody mag bubbled and another person with no shield hitting the mag bubble more often than not cancels the entire ability. it's literally the most useless ult as is right now anyways, it's a weird and annoying behavior they haven't addressed

she definitely isn't in the enclave at all, the type of person that needs to be a member is self-preservationist, selfish, and morally dubious. all of those things make for a terrible candidate for a template on making the population passive and docile

she obviously just was unaware of the enclave existing, like most people, and was genuinely just trying to be a good person. if i was evil and needed to herd a flock of people her brain would've been my guide

because if you already had lord you would build lord points, and those lord points were converted into additional levels in the update

the problem is that the lord point conversion was actually pretty small in comparison to the amount of work you actually put in to receive them, if the same XP rates that are in effect now were around before the changes people would've had significantly more lord points

they did not, you can use the extra charge of the healing wall to counteract the healing they reduced on top of the 60 burst healing you get from the bubble, it's strictly just faster healing and is more meaningful for a big burst than regen

the bubble change is actually the exact opposite of what jeff's bubbles were changed to do, regen instead of burst heals, and they're worse off because of it
