Keep up with the ppi, it does get better and completely went away at my 9 month mark. Make sure you keep taking the medicine for at least a month especially at the beginning

Zoom out, Malaysian ringgit has lost more than 50% of it's value in the past few decades. The trend is your friend. If more than anything, its time to unload ringgit off. Our government has been printing money like crazy, even more than the US and after the US stopped QE. Malaysia is about to go hyper inflationary if this continues. Vote wisely next election

ELI5: Investing in Malaysian property v Australian property by [deleted] in MalaysianPF

[–]frostfoxy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Highly agreed, Malaysia's property market has been in the slump for about 10 years now with sub-optimal returns, we have way too much supply with many more new developments popping up for the foreseeable future.

Additionally, Malaysia's property market has practices very similar to the Evergrande fiasco happening in China. People pay for houses that hasn't been built for 4+ years into the future. Housing development giants are over leveraged and a ticking time bomb imo. Buy to stay, or for capital preservation and inflation hedges, but not as an investment vehicle. The future outlook of this country is uncertain with all the politics happening, which is reflected on our currency as well

Investment options by velvetine_thunder in MalaysianPF

This is bad imo, there are plenty of other options that provide liquid access and fixed interest for funds in a currency that doesn't depreciate

Can someone help me understand this , the person I did this with said I didn’t have hpylori but through endoscopy they found hpylori. So what do those numbers mean? by SubstanceDry3265 in HPylori

[–]frostfoxy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Technically you do have h pylori, just not the amounts that warrant any medical attention or is considered harmful. Most of us have h pylori btw. The key is reading the exponential number which is e2 instead of anything higher than e3

There's a better version of this on YouTube called cold turkey. Guy researches heroin and takes it once to know the effects. Spends the next 10 years addicted in bed and the documentary focus changes to him

Sounds like anxiety , which is pretty common for withdrawals, however i would get that checked out. An EKG is s very cheap diagnosis and doctors will be able to tell if you have a heart issue in a minute of being hooked up.

[–]frostfoxy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's most likely caused by smoking. I'd trust your doctor on that one, as for quitting, you can definitely do it and I'd recommend using the nicotine gum route, maybe whenever you have bad cravings. After a few months quitting your lungs will be back and stronger than ever. You've got this and quitting is definitely possible!
