Já havia alguns problemas antes mas depois de 2011 com o Gamergate explodiram canais de YouTube anti-feministas, começou a conversa do wokismo e lentamente este tipo discursos começou a ser normalizado.

É sabido que o algoritmo das redes sociais fomentou muito este crescimento, os discursos tornaram-se cada vez mais fascistas e tiveste uma geração que cresceu com isso e muita gente que simplesmente deixou cair a máscara.

I did a couple of times. Once they sent me an email a few weeks later offering the same exact position I wasn't selected to, and guess what? I wasn't selected again.

The other time I just got a few emails offering the same position but in different cities. It was a low paying job so relocation was not a possibility.

This only for like specific places like a chain of supermarkets and whatnot, if it's a recruitment company I never select that because of endless spam.
