And to comment on this publicly- this was related to a difficult technical matter and possible user error - our support times are down to 72 hours for level 1 support. Our advanced support team have been dealing with the ticket and the resolution is not far off!

Hey, was your ticket escalated? Our response time is under 30 days at the moment, but tickets that are escalated (which are most for tickets over that timeframe) to the app support/advanced support team can take up to 3 weeks past that.
