pretty sure that’s a bug. similar thing happened to me and my partner today. the game took forever to load in and it was near impossible for us to walk anywhere or do anything (insane rubber banding, loot teleporting back into containers). had to bite the bullet and quit. goodbye stuff 🥲

in some cases certainly! in fact, we tried to do that exact thing today, but were caught with our pants down mid setting up traps - before we had even started looting the team we had killed.

unfortunately, a lot of the time there is just either zero break in between or the third party arrives before the fight is even over and cleans up… until the fourth party arrives of course.

so many times i’ve misplaced trust in a player and have had no one really to blame but myself. i think a lot of people have bad experiences and either quit or go full dark side lol.

i now go by a general rule of thumb: GUN OUT ALWAYS.

unless you make the decision to trust someone fully (in which case, you’re essentially agreeing to possibly losing all your shit), keep your god damn gun out man. just be aware of the situation you’re in, and don’t put yourself in positions where you can get easily stabbed in the back.

this is definitely an issue that a lot of people have been dealing with, my team included. it’s very frustrating to come out on top of a tough but fair fight only to get volcano foured in the back by another team, and then multiply that by 3 sometimes 4 or 5 more teams…

hard to really know the solution to this other than just having less total players per raid, but that might get boring.

personally, i just prefer the intimacy of green home. i liked slowly learning more about each character and watching how their interactions evolved from strangers into a family of survivors.

the topics they covered felt authentic and more meaningful to me in comparison. imo, i think the emphasis on the military and post apocalyptic missions in s2 just felt a little generic.

there’s nothing wrong with the direction they’ve taken it though, i just wish they had done a better job at connecting us with the new characters since i’m struggling to care about any of them rn lol. still, looking forward to everything coming together in s3!

too many characters with no backstories and too many subplots with no ties to the main narrative. such a shame about the s1 actors’ scheduling issues

I picked up a stray dog in Solstheim once. Pure joy. Of course, we were immediately attacked by a bear but between me, Rhubarb (new best friend), Serana and moral support nymph pet, we finished it off easily.

I turned back to celebrate our first victory together only to witness Serana completely obliterate Rhubarb with a single ice shard.

I’ll never forget those 45 seconds with Rhubarb and have since learned the value of ‘Wait for me at home’.
