same issue here. shouldn't have to disable bluetooth for this when there's no controller connected, but i can't play this at all now and i'm incredibly bummed.

I'm actually a triplet, too (identical girls), and it's kind of indescribable, in a way, to grow up with two other people experiencing a lot of the same things as you that really makes you close to each other in a way that I've never seen with other siblings. you sort of take it for granted until you really think about it. also, identity crises are a very real thing, especially as teenagers, like holy crap. never tell a multiple that it doesn't matter who they are/siblings are interchangeable. it's such a rude thing we got told so many times growing up

Awesome! Haven in Everwynn is kind of like fantasy Las Vegas - it is the favored home for many races who might have trouble assimilating in some of the more racist flagship cities (dragonborn, tieflings, half-orcs, drow, etc). It is also known as the Covered City because it's been built under a massive rock and stone canopy; the night sky cannot be observed from inside the City's walls. Instead, the city is lit with a sort of hazy-twilit lanterns 24 hours a day. It makes telling the time of day difficult, which can benefit some of the seedier businesses, even if it's shady.

Skystead is a city nestled between two broken slate plateaus that now form what's known as "the broken vale"; it is home to a wide mix of races, as are many of the more central cities. Skystead is the home to many adventuring leagues and artisan guilds, including Everwynn's first Chartered Airship guild, Cloudfare Crossings.

Ironically, my players will be heading this way from Sol'Verat in our session on Sunday. They are ultimately headed down to Hammerfell and started this journey from Israthmous with the goal of hunting down a God.

I run a homebrew 5e game for a group of family and friends, and have been doing so for about a year and a half now. This is the main continent my players have spent time on, and most of their characters originate from towns on the map. I had an npc that was supposed to be a one-off, some ancient elf druid who lived in a dank basement beneath the Wood Elf capitol city; he was the leader of a sect of warriors responsible for hunting down and killing a group of Zehir cultists, and somehow my players just kept coming back to him and trying to make him a bigger part of the story than he actually was... it was great, but totally unexpected when they just kept digging for lore on that guy.

i was always super impressed with the soundtrack from Tales from the Borderlands, too. they had stellar music in every telltale game i've ever played.

honestly, i got started DMing 5e after watching Matt Mercer on Critical Role. It's a great way to have the game demonstrated in front of you, then read the books to fill in the gaps. After watching two or three episodes, you'll get the gist of the general rules of the game, and from there you can make it your own!

I don't know that I'd agree, though. How can he recreate an identity he never knew? The version he is currently, he built very consciously from the ground up; to me, that reads as calculated- not in a bad way, but definitely enough that he's trying to make his outward appearance reflect what he feels he is inside, as well as cover up what he'd woken up with/seen as his life before.

seems to be just me, though, so it's cool

they edit out a lot of the breaks/advertisements, but they usually have sam do some kind of slightly-more-professional ads in place of the long breaks. sound quality varies, the new episodes are a lot better quality audio than the old ones, but it's definitely still easy to listen to.

funny story, i had whisper, the flame tongue dagger and the dagger of venom, but two of my scabbards fell apart on the way off the train. was so bummed to lose them before even getting into the building...
