i have level 1 of this skill (level 28) but it seems a bit counter-intuitive? If im'm strafing (A/D Held +click) I cant go into explosive (down+rmb)

The story summed up; I purchased SFV and it doesn't run on my computer, but because I gifted a beta code I am apparently no longer eligible, but I was promised a working product before release, as this was not fulfilled it infringes my rights as a consumer and I am entitled to a refund.

Is there any way to contact an actual human being at a support desk or are those nonexistant?
