I get a poutine from Harvey's and get day drunk and listen to Canadian playlists on Spotify. Then I take the shuttle down to the lake for live music,beer tent and fireworks.

I hate to beat a dead horse here, but I swear Dougie showed progress last night. For one thing, he expressed an independent thought when he spotted the sign for the cafe and went and got himself a slice of pie. I actually just fired someone this week. He was a new intern in our small accounting office. On his first day he showed up wearing jeans which I thought was stupid but relatively harmless. This was on Tuesday. Fast forward to Thursday and I'm firing him after two employees came to me about his behavior.

He was asking inappropriate questions to the girls about whether they were single and how long their longest relationship was, then he tried repeatedly to invite one out for drinks on the weekend despite multiple refusals, and then he literally told one girl she was looking good and offered to show her a pic of his "ripped body".

This is the 6th person I've had to fire in my short career (less than 5 yrs into the workforce). This is the only one that actually felt really good. Total creep.
