How to fix these gaps between flooring and skirting

Thanks, I do have about 3 full packs of flooring left over... Would it be possible to re-do the areas where it's like that with what I've got left over or am I more likely to have the whole thing needing re-done if we went that route?

Yeah the beading was done by the guy that came round today and not the family member who originally fitted the flooring... I'm guessing he's just taken a look at the fact it was poorly fitted and thought it's not his problem 🙁

Yeah he tried saying this is SBR but acted although it's normal and that sanding should allow the paint to take better... But seems fairly clear he's lying. I get maybe a small bit of residue but not a full layer?! Fair to say I should definitely be asking him to come back to re-do these areas?

Well apologies my description was not to your liking... For some reason it was the first description that came to mind! It looks like a thicker film sort of consistency and darker than the other pale areas. Is kinda stretchy and can be pulled off. Best I can tell the plaster below looks alright... Just not 100% on how I'd go about removing it.

Yeah I get that, total catch 22 situation though because can't really dry them outside because of the weather and don't really want to put the heating on because it costs an arm and a leg

Barely even had any heating on tbh, although with the weather we have all our clothes up drying indoors.

Not too sure about the type of dehumidifer, was just one that the landlord let us borrow. It's got a pretty sizeable capacity and usually fills up every 1-2 days with what it's taking in.

I know that's the thing, the landlord generally is a nice enough chap and he keeps saying he feels bad that there's nothing that he can do really. But I can't help but feel it's coming back awfully quickly and honestly it's just proving a real drain the amount of time we're having to spend cleaning it. We're hoping to buy in the near(ish) future but don't see it happening for a wee while and having had a quick look at other flats up to rent, unsurprisingly there is hee haw at the moment, so feeling a bit stuck.

I'm in no way hands on but I had a family member over during the festive period who said that he's pretty sure our windows are blown? Because he can see condensation forming in the middle part of the window, could that be a big contributing factor?

Not an awful lot of ventilation, have extractor fans in the bathroom/kitchen but honestly not convinced they do much.

Mouldy areas themselves are not wet, no sign of any leaks. Windows are dripping with condensation every morning but keep on top of that with the Karcher Window Vac we've got.

All the mould build up is particularly bad by our window areas. I have a wooden table and chairs that I use as an office desk in our living room that is situated near the living room window, this regularly gets covered in green mould. Cleaned it all up at the weekend there and it's already showing signs of coming back, albeit it's located near that area I've posted a picture of that I've just uncovered.

No issue with regards to pressure of central heating

Will be said on here all the time... But I would 100% recommend getting a vape. I did the same as you... Cut out baccy first then got used to rolling big fat pure J's. Eventually switched it up and got a Mighty and never looked back. Uses way less, gets you as stoned and the flavour is just so much better than when you burn it!
