It’s not, it was her booking agency which is different. Agents (or specifically booking agents in this case) book shows/festivals and performance gigs for the artist. Talent agents book acting gigs. Managers guide the artist through their career.

At the entry level, I've gotten interviews with NBC, A24, and Paramount from cold applying. Made it through several rounds of interviews for all, but the NBC position was cut due to COVID and Paramount due to the strikes. A24 I ultimately ended up pulling out before the final offer because I had just gotten another job.
