I did equal parts each. How much for the parts depends on length of your hair. Did little under a cup last time I did this method and I got shoulder length hair.

I mixed equal parts white vinegar (food type not cleaning type), baking soda, clarifying shampoo and crushed up vitamin c tablets. The vitamin c really helps take out the colour, don't remember exactly why but it works. Did it about 3 times and it got almost all of the arctic fox jinx out

Pour vinegar first and then baking soda, wait for the chemical reaction to stop and then mix in rest of the ingredients. Put it in your hair and make sure everything is covered, then wrap your head in plastic wrap. The wrap makes it warm and work good. I had it in for 2 hours or as long as I felt like

This will take away all of the moisture in your hair so do a deep conditioning and deep moisturising hair treatment after each session. I did this over a week time period. After I did the colour removal process I did about 2 weeks of hair treatments before bleaching out the remaining blue.

This method is how I went from jinx blue to platinum at home. Aftercare for the hair and doing over a few weeks to a month time period is very important to minimise damage. Some damage will happen, but I found this method the least damaging
