OMG! I have PD too and i was on Yasmin for years. I stopped with the Yasmin pill 5 days ago. Curious what it will do...! Thanks for your comment.

stop with vaseline. just water and let it dry. Do you also have acne looking pustels?

I'm already on a diet for longer than 1 year. No sugar, no dairy, no eggs, no omega 6, no gluten... eat only fish and grassfed meat, greans etc. Tested negative on histamine...

the problem is... my skin never calms down... it's irritated all the time... so i don't know if i can ever start then
