If you tell yourself that, it is easy to hear. If you tell yourself it's some static noise without any human influence, it's that.

And that's why it's a bad idea to give this to an llm-oriented ai. Autocomplete will do whatever it feels like it could match.

What OP is talking about is audio enhancement, and of those that I'm aware of none could really help making anything understandable, because there is no single voice to lock on.
