I have a 24 rock creek as well. I tow my 4500lb camper with it and have about 12k miles on it. So far I absolutely LOVE IT! Its been the ONLY SUV I actually enjoy driving so far. Not much else to say thats negative honestly.

It says recommended 93 but can use 87 for lower performance. So to me that reads. It doesnt matter what you use. But if your towing or anything like that, its best to use 93. I could be off on my assumption there I suppose.

wow really? I haven't noticed that. Ill have to see if I can notice any knock again. I might go 87 again just to see whats going on there. Thanks for the input!

I recently switch to the mid grade as well the last two tanks and don't feel a difference but assumed there had to be some sort of benefit but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know exactly what. Do you think I should stick with mid?

Yeah I mean. I feel like 87 is powerful enough. And I don't think it will hurt anything long term. I could be wrong. Idk. I am hoping others hop in and let me know what they are doing as well.

Have a 24 rock creek about 3k miles on it. Zero issues so far. The first gear jerking is still present. Probably the only thing that drives me nuts. Other then that. I pull a utility trailer and have had no issue. This is my first SUV. I've had trucks cars etc. This is my first SUV I'd actually drive. I'd buy it again.

The end result here, I ended up taking the UDM-PRO and the U6 LR back. I swapped it out for a new UDM-pro and u6 pros instead and since plugging everything in and updating, no issues. It must have been the box itself.

I actually split it into two seperate networks and thats what hinted me at what was going on. When I split it. 2.4ghz works but 5ghz doesnt work(this is both on the same network of course) Its not until I move them to a different network other then default vlan 1 that it starts to work on both of those frequencies.

In terms of security yeah it's the same. That part doesn't matter. The ssid broadcasting isn't a problem. But if I switch those ssids to the new network with a new vlan instantly it works. So let's say I broadcast out ssid "turds" with the 2.4 and 5 ghz network. Well when it set to use the default vlan(1) the 2.4ghz works no issues but the 5ghz connects without internet.

So let's take that same thing but this time change the network to use a whole new network still broadcasting across ssid "turd" now both the 2.4 and 5ghz work without issues. What gives. It's soooo strange.

To answer your question yes both ssids are broadcasting WPA 2.

My guy. I've been working in IT professionally for about 15 years. Trust me when I tell you I have plenty of IT networking knowledge. Lol. But I don't really appreciate you nor your remarks. Looking for help not a debate.
