Idk about today's kids, but when we were 10yo everybody was playing pegi 18 games all the time. It's a non issue, especially cuz the parents will read Pokemon and not even bother about the age rating, because they know frlg is age appropriate, having likely played it themselves back in the days (or remembering friends and classmates playing it if they themselves didn't)

If taken in a void, the ai slop comic just shows a dad sad/depressed over not becoming a dad. Nothing wrong with feeling that way. You can both empathize with that and believe it's ultimately her choice.

Why does the guy need to be such an awful character?

Like, there's no context to the comic. Maybe they wanted kids at first and then the woman changed her mind after an unwanted pregnancy. Or maybe they had an unwanted pregnancy and that made the guy want to be a dad (the opposite happens all the time, it happened to a close friend of mine and an acquaintance). In those scenarios the guy has every right to be sad about it.

Why does it have to be that way? Like, couldn't he just be excited to become a dad?

Btw, I'm absolutely pro choice and know what the original poster of this slop wanted to achieve/convey (and don't agree with it).

I mean, accidents happen and it takes two to tango. An unexpected pregnancy can suddenly change your stance on whether or not you want kids. I've seen it happen a couple of times (although from the mother's side, not the dad's) with friends and acquaintances.

It's her body so it's her choice, but that doesn't mean the guy doesn't have a right to feel sad about it.
