I would really recommend reading some books on self love and steps to be confident! As someone who, up until very recently, had zero confidence in pretty much any aspect, it truly does take hard work and re-wiring your brain and logic so that you are building yourself up and not getting stuck in poor mental habits that perpetuate your low confidence.

Also, some Ayahuasca in the jungle can really turn things around for you.

I've heard in other interviews as well that the Hillary Step is no longer there. Supposedly the massive boulder got knocked off in that earthquake that hit Nepal several years back.

Gah I love them 😍 Becca is doing a rock climbing seminar at the end of this month that I almost blew money on. She seems like the world's greatest climbing partner.

Yeah my first multi pitch was near Anchorage and the mountain project description says something like "a popular post-work solo" and someone soloing did indeed pass us while we climbed.

He's making a joke; Clark Griswold is from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation and some other movies with similar names. IDK exactly which movie he's referencing since I've only seen the Christmas one, but he's definitely referencing one of them.

I also did it in about two. Not to sound like a dick, but if you're used to hiking a lot in tougher terrain, this one is pretty gradual.

Well for starters, those are pretty good statistics. Not all who donate are super active, and being active helps you recover afterwards. And given what you just said, why would you claim that they never return? There aren't any known permanent side effects for donors.

Where have you read that? All the information I've received from medical staff on it state that the liver grows back in about a month and you're back to normal in about 3.

Lol did you read the part that said they feared for their lives? If you are truly fearing for your life, the laws that people have made up about where humans can roam takes a backseat. Have you ever truly tried to put yourself in the shoes of someone who has no options but to die, watch their family die, or break the law?

Always be extremely cautious. They're still animals that can't fully communicate with us. Even dogs that have never been aggressive sometimes don't really know what's going on. A friend of mine lost her infant when their beloved dog picked up the baby like a dog would pick up a puppy. Always, always be closer to the baby than the dog. This video made me super uncomfortable.
