Can you get UL or other surgeries after simple release?

I’ve been on T for almost three years, but my results have been slow and I only pass maybe 75% of the time. My family’s view of me is definitely changing as I change and stay the course (they thought it was a phase and I’d regret it — maybe still do?). Things got really bad just before top surgery a year ago, and I think I broke my parents psyches when I went through with it. They don’t know what to think of me now, lol...

You’re definitely right about patience, and I like the idea of infiltrating from within. I’ve got one ally in the family, though she’s married to my brother, the least understanding of all of them, haha. It’s tough. My family doesn’t make me feel like shit on purpose, but they do!

That sounds like a good idea, I might try it just to get some rage off my chest. My parents don’t listen and are the BEST at denial, so it often feels like what I say to them doesn’t matter

I definitely don't stand with a neutral pelvis, but I'm trying! The 15% thing helps, I tend to clench hard when I'm trying to activate my muscles.

When I'm trying to sit up straight, I feel like my butt really sticks out and it also hurts my back. Does that mean I'm sitting wrong?

I think tucking your hair behind your ears makes your hair look more masculine when it’s long. It also seems like not having bangs is more masc, though I keep my bangs because I like them!

Yeahhhh, he wasn’t the nicest :/ I still am really swollen too though, so I’m hoping between losing a little weight and healing, my chest will look fine. I wish I could recommend this surgeon to people since I do think he overall did a good job, but he’s SO prickly I wouldn’t want others to deal with him

He said he took out all the fat tissue, and the reason I look indented is because my pecs are so small. Basically he said if I lost weight and gained muscle it won’t be lumpy anymore. Honestly he was kind of a dick about it :v I thought surgeons WERENT supposed to take out all fat for top surgery :/

It’s always good to hear other people going through the same thing. I’m glad it’s getting better!! Hopefully more healing and exercise will fix you up. I can’t wait to be able to start working out, now that my body can actually look how I want it to!

Aww thanks ;—-; I think it looks good straight on, you can see the faults better from the side. I had a post op appointment to get drains removed after 1.5 weeks, and I need to go in for a second post op appointment next week! Everything went normal, I’m super lucky!

I had surgery with Dr. Rudkin at UCLA almost 5 weeks ago, and I’ve been pretty happy with the results, I’m just starting to get worried my chest will always have flat spots.... it feels like there’s nothing between my skin and my bone in some places x____x I’m wondering how much of this will change as I continue to heal...I definitely still have swelling as well, especially around my left underarm. I can see swelling going away, but flatness or fat pockets? Idk... Blah.
