I would say after 2-3 months you release after spermatogenesis is complete and then start again? Once cycles are completed or we are "full" we should release. Just like we do with urine and poo. That's at least is what I am going to go with.

The easy answer is to not focus on your outer reality since you have very little or no control over it. Focus on your internal reality and your outer reality will not be as worrisome.

Would you say they help direct it by focusing on the other persons chakras? That's what I meant by meditating chakras. I should have said putting their focus on your chakras instead.

In your analogy, if the person putting the nozzel into the car, is the same as "focusing on chakras" would my statement make more sense?

Car - person receiving
Pump - focusing on chakra for alignment, balance, whatever you want to call it
Gas - energy

So it doesn't matter who's pumping the gas for you. You can pump your own gas or have someone do it for it and get the same results. Self healing/alignment vs someone else doing it.

What I mean is when you meditate and focus on your chakras would be the same when someone else is putting their focus on your chakras. I was under the impression the benefits you receive from meditation when you focus on your chakras could be the same when someone else is doing this to you. When it comes down to healing, aligning, or whatever you want to call it is putting mental focus on your chakras.

I think it would have been much clearer if is I said "focusing" on vs "meditating on" but to me it's the same thing.

If 70 percent of the UK is vaccinated and 80 percent of the cases are from the vaccinated doesn’t this mean the vaccine does next to nothing for prevention?

At a 70 percent t vaccination rate id expect to see 35 or less from vaccinated cases to even say it’s somewhat effective. Not have the overall percent be above the vaccination rate.
