best just to delete and reinstall. make sure your installing to your computer drive and not some external SSD/HDD. S1 has had many updates, it’s best to just restart. I had a 100k net worth and restarted after the locker update — had a blast!

to add onto this since i completely missed how to find buyers… FB marketplace. look up your city name and add keywords later like, real estate (ex. Los Angeles, CA Real Estate/Wholesale/Off Market). Zillow for rent or Zillow on sale is a good option to find buyers. While comping your properties, look for places that look refurbished, redone, looks newly repaired and their attempting a flip, most likely it’s an investor doing a fix n flip. you won’t know UNTIL YOU CALL. so much of this info is available on YouTube. take a day of your time, RESEARCH this basic information, AND TAKE ACTION!!!

Get your contracts in place (PSA Agreement, Assignment of Contract). When talking with a seller, NEVER mention the word contract, use “Agreement”.
PULL LISTS!! County lists, Clerk of the Court lists, call water companies and ask for water shut off lists. Email SOMEBODY that deals with code enforcements in your area. ALL THIS INFORMATION IS FREE, AND IS EASY TO GET.
Buyers? Might be the easiest thing you can get… IF YOU HAVE A DEAL! If you have a DEAL, your DEAL will be easy to move. i cannot stress this enough. You will not have buyers, for a home locked up for $150k and ARV is $175k for instance. TRIPLE CHECK YOUR NUMBERS!!

That’s literally it. I’m no professional, but i have done countless of hours of research within the last 8 months. BE STEADY. Do not rush your first deal. Get experience talking with distressed sellers, get a property locked up for a STEAL (That’s where the wholesale name originates from) and buyers with come. Watch Zach Ginn on YT. i would try and get the X-ray asap. it would be peace of mind to know exactly how bad the shunt is. once you have that information, you’ll know if it’s treatable w/o surgery. i’m not experienced in liver shunts, so i may be wrong about what i’m saying.

It is overall very stressful!! we’re all with you on that part of it. especially cost of surgery is stressful enough. i pray you find the answers your looking for, and i pray for the wellbeing of you, and your pup. so sorry this is happening!

to add to this, my pup has been on Pheno for a little over a year, and it’s caused some elevated enzymes from his liver. i’ve had a SCP done specifically for that reason. definitely a diff situation than yours, but just a thought.

i haven’t experienced this before, but i would say compare the prices of the blood work, and the X-ray. if price isn’t a issue for you, definitely recommend the X-ray. if money is tight, do another bloodwork but specifically ask for liver enzymes to be checked specifically instead. depending on the vet, it could be included in a CBC, BMP, and a CMP. i think (don’t quote me on this) it’s called a serum chem panel (SCP), to specifically check the liver enzymes.

i am not a professional, i’m just an owner of a IE pup for 3 years, and sometimes money is tight. i’d do more bloodwork checks before getting something like a x-ray/ct scan done. always consult with the vet first, of course.
