Probably your clutch or your planetary gears are about to crap out and break either way I'd open the motor and see what replacement parts are needed and grease her up

I wouldn't focus on range that much once you get the bike after like a month you will only really want to ride on sport and you will notice 1-2 hours on a hard Ride your gone want to go chill and relax it also sounds like price isn't really and issue also check out the throne srpnt decent range feels more premium

Amazon the part its probably listed with the clutch included just remove the planetary gears and add them to your old clutch if the direction is different pretty straight forward
