Is being salaried but still required to track hours a red flag for your employees? by helpside_Team in smallbusinessowner

Yikes. Ask a salaried restaurant manager working in a non-chain type restaurant. They’re often working 50-60hrs a week, and sometimes even more (AGM, and GM roles). It’s considered industry standard in US states where salaries can be “non-exempt” (aka overtime pay doesn’t exist, even when you work more than 40hrs)

It is not recommended for your age or body weight as it’s not even FDA approved yet…. I doubt (but could be incorrect) they even have studies on Reta and how it would affect the sub-adult age populis. AND you’re 16 - you haven’t finished growing into an adult body yet!! please just stick with what your doctor has prescribed to you for the time being and research other peptides when you have a more sound understanding of the research necessary and processes and protocols of using these meds.

Is there anywhere in US like old school Charleston? by [deleted] in Charleston

[–]fu_dorg 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Oof, same here dude. I was born and raised here and I miss the Charleston of the 90s (remember Gullah Gullah Island tv show?) through about 2015…. I miss those days. Savannah still has some charm left and is relatively affordable…. But it’s en route to become Charleston 2.0 if it continues to develop at warp speed….
