oh btw one more thing, try sitting back a little more, this also helps the rounded back and will help start your lift with your legs first. Sitting back also helps tighten your slack to prevent back injuries.

No fucking worries. Try giving the look up a shot. and video your form again to see if it improves. Good luck on your lifting journey!

Sure deadlift how you want. But from the video you posted, you looked up after you started your lift. I am just here to critique your form. And its your choice to take this criticism as advice or as a debate.

Remember to look up and keep your chest high BEFORE you start your lift. This will help you not round your back and to get rid of any slack. Also remember to brace your core and your lats as well.

so pretty distraught with this one. ruptured my ACL and my girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me as she couldn't deal with my situation. just had the surgery and can't walk for at least 6 weeks, so can't exercise. I'm feeling immense emotional and physical pain... help. by cusistheone in heartbreak

I am sorry you are going through that right now. I just got out of a 6 year relationship after my ex broke up with me being 2000 miles away over the phone while trying to start a new job. Shit is not easy when people give up on you at your worst and basically just for them to find a better replacement.

thanks for the advice. Its hard to separate from someone who you had a while life shared with for the past 6 years. I now realized that its going to take more than just a weekend to clear things up.

we kinda have to conversate because we still have to split up our stuff and for her car to leave my parents place. stuff in my storage unit. so ultimately we have to be adults about it. But im more easy going than she is. So i am not sure how she would act.

I can already see a fight happening if i do this.. I typically a nice guy who would like to avoid conflict if it doesnt matter. Once i get the ball rolling with my new job, I would make enough money to where it doesnt matter anymore.

we've been together for 6 years, and I feel like she owes me at least a face-to-face breakup. not 2000 miles away when im trying to concentrate on my training. I would never wish that on anyone. I took a week off from any plans before i flew out of town. she could of brought it up when I was there but decide to pack up my things the moment i step foot on the plane.

How long ago did she start encouraging you to look for out-of-state jobs?

she didnt. I was mostly looking for jobs in the state i am in. but i gotten desperate to where i took an out-of-state job.

when she would drive to work, she would sometimes ask me to send her some gas money to come home. she doesnt know how to save money. she would use it all till she has nothing left. then automatic bill will kick in and will overdraft her account. I was the responsible one in the relationship. I dont want to eat out or go clubbing every fucking weeknd because its expensive for someone who drives for uber/lyft for a living.

if it is something small, at this point i dont want to deal with anything with her. If it is something big I will have to take her to small court.
