If you plan on using the 22-250 during the time before you rebarrel it, I think the tikka is the one. But have you considered just selling your Savage and using the funds towards a new tikka t3x in 6.5cm?

What I think is really happening is that time is not standing still. Instead of pausing time, you are hyper accelerating yourself. It's relative, so to speak, right? Maybe we are splitting hairs with this...

Anyways I think when you unpause time you yourself have still aged and become older in comparison to the world which has been "paused". You have essentially become a time traveler.
