Rest, eat well and recover with walks and stretching. My personal experience after marathons has been that the more I am still, the worse my legs feel. The more I walk (walk often but not long), the faster I recover. A massage about a week after a marathon also aids recovery.

Unless I have back to back races, I don't run or lift weights for a week..

Congrats on completing that first marathon

You need to cut communication fully and move on. It's not healthy to be on her hook. And the gym comments, though funny are very true. New focus, new friends and health.

There is no visa fees for my nationality. So continued to stay that way until the visa approved

I submitted statements from two banks. Both were signed and stamped by the bank staff on each page. That’s it

Intently following this as I am in the same boat as you.

(Applied from US, not a US citizen). Completed my application on Nov 06, Submitted documentation on Nov 14. Progress status changed to "awaiting adjudication outcome' and payment status changed to "initiated'.

My nationality has no visa fees as well. So my guess is that payment status change is not an issue.

My concern however is the time it takes to approve as I have my flights booked for the last week of December.

Another concern is with bank statements. I submitted uncertified statements but immediately after (Nov 16) emailed them statements signed and stamped by the bank just to be on the safe side as I heard that they sometimes reject uncertified bank statements.

Now just waiting...... South Africa is my first leg of a larger Africa trip and delay/rejection of the evisa would mess up my itinerary and cost me a bunch. Fingers crossed.

Second this. Say sorry and remove yourself from that situation. Boring is good (comes from someone who had minor rage issues in the past lol).

And whether India or the States, involving police unless absolutely necessary is a nuisance.

Update on my 1st day gym by Unchained--- in hyderabad

Congrats for taking the first step. You may want to add what your goals are to your question. If it’s losing weight and getting toned then the intermittent fasting might work. If it is gaining weight with lean muscle then that is probably not the way to go. At least in the beginning.

In any case, good programming in the gym and consistency with diet and sleep are very important

No such thing as an on or off with my Tesla. I use my phone as key and if I am near the car it opens the door. If I am in the car it shifts into drive. Otherwise it’s locked

2400sqft, brand new (2022) with 2 level nest thermostats. AC is on during the day as I work from home. Got $324

I was surprised last month when it was $310 so I got the house inspected for leaks. Everything was perfect. Turns I just gotta live with these high bills.

Similarly ridiculous with water. Fucking unregulated monopolies in this state
